What it’s about

Canticles of Light is where you can listen to, read and download original music and poetry by M. Robinson, whose background is as disparate as it is unique. A classically trained pianist, geoscientist, soldier, business owner, husband and father, orchid collector, brewer and reluctant emigrant from his country of birth, he has experienced more than should be able to be contained within a single life.

Born and brought up as a Jew in all respects, including learning Hebrew and the Old Testament, he later converted to Christianity as the only logical and credible solution to living in a beautiful, but broken world, and went on to study music therapy and theology.

Much of his music and poetry reflects a spiritual, but not necessarily Christian, theme and so is accessible to anyone with spiritual sensitivity.
